I’m currently recruiting for a well-established international trading firm that’s looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organised Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at their Dubai office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and supporting cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken & written)
  • Proven experience in office/admin management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • A hands-on, solutions-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily office operations & facilities
  • Liaising with suppliers, vendors & service providers
  • Supporting onboarding, HR admin, and team coordination
  • Handling expense tracking, petty cash & invoicing
  • Coordinating internal meetings and occasional events
  • Acting as the go-to person for all office-related queries
