Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience, with at least 2 years specifically supporting an Executive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, distinguishing urgent from important and allocating time accordingly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to independently resolve issues and make sound judgments under pressure.
- Proven ability to handle proprietary and sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and expense reporting.
- Strong initiative and curiosity (asking questions, being resourceful in solving problems and learning from mistakes).
- Strong MS Office skills.
Responsibilities
As our Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
- Manage and schedule both business and personal appointments, often across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving them.
- Proactively identify and address the CEO's needs before they arise, demonstrating foresight and initiative.
- Prepare and organize material, with a high level of accuracy, for the board of directors, investors, and internal presentations.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls and visitors, and efficiently directing questions to appropriate parties.
- Craft clear, concise, and professional correspondence and presentations.
- Adeptly handle both professional and personal tasks, including coordinating all travel.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
