At Arrive, we’re on a mission to make cities more liveable by transforming urban mobility. We're now looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and support our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as a trusted strategic partner. Your Mission

Requirements
- An experienced Executive Assistant who’s worked closely with C-level leaders in global, high-growth companies ( ideally tech).
- Energized by change, fast-paced environments, and solving problems before they even show up.
- A master organizer—detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and great at juggling multiple priorities.
- Unafraid to speak up, ask tough questions, or challenge respectfully when needed.
- Emotionally intelligent and able to communicate clearly and diplomatically across cultures and levels.
- Resilient, trustworthy, and composed—especially when the pressure’s on.
- 8+ years of dedicated Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple ELT or C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment with complex scheduling needs.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level projects and events end-to-end.
- Familiarity with productivity tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Concur).
- Discretion, sound judgment, and an innate understanding of executive-level confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary EA for multiple members of the ELT—ensuring they stay focused on the most critical priorities.
- Own the complexity of global scheduling across time zones—anticipating conflicts and creating space for what matters most.
- Keep the information flowing—preparing materials, briefing docs, and ensuring leaders are always ready to show up at their best.
- Handle high-level travel coordination, manage logistics, and build seamless itineraries.
- Oversee key operational tasks—like expense reporting and executive-level presentation prep.
- Play a hands-on role in coordinating internal communications and supporting the logistics of off-sites and global team events.
- Always maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism in everything you do.
